Who Am I?
I am a Native Tennessean who serves as President of Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital Volunteer Auxiliary.
Author of three books. Former floral designer. Son, Brother, Uncle and Partner.
My Interests:
Genealogy/History, Karaoke, Traveling to North Georgia Mountains and Blowing Rock North Carolina areas. Photography, Writing, Gardening, hiking, and chasing waterfalls.
My Diagnosis:
I have lived with CKD for more than 10 years. Over the past year, things have made a steady decline to the present point where I am faced with dialysis and transplantation.
How A Kidney Transplant Will Affect My Life:
Mainly, it will allow me to get back to the many things that I enjoy, and hopefully give me the quality of life that I want. There are still too many unseen waterfalls that I want to chase. A transplant will allow me to do that and so much more. I still have a lot of living to do. I just need a donor to help make that happen!
