Who Am I?

I’m a 60 year old woman going to be 61 in December of 2024. I got married at the age of 18. I had my first child at 19 years old, and had my 4th child at 31 years old. I have been married for 42 Years to a wonderful hardworking man. I have 4 amazing children, and 4 awesome grandchildren; two girls and two boys.

My Interests:

I like to cook, crochet, garden, work on puzzles, go shopping, and play with my grandkids.

My Diagnosis:

I have a hereditary disease called Polycystic Kidney. My mom had it, as well as all of her siblings. Unfortunately, they all died from it.

How A Kidney Transplant Will Affect My Life:

A transplant would be so amazing. It would make me feel good again, giving me more energy to do stuff, spend more time with my family, and not be so tired & weak all of the time. A transplant would save my life and make it a more productive and happier one. My brother had a kidney transplant in 2019, and I see the difference it made. He is working again and not feeling so down and tired. It has brought his energy back. I pray every day that I get a living donor soon.

If anyone out there would gift me with “The Gift Of Life “, you are my walking angel. Thank you!

My Blood Type: B
